We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and process-driven Business Manager / Office Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations. You’ll keep our jobs, invoices, and crews running smoothly — and help the business grow.

Your Responsibilities
- Operations & Scheduling: Track leads, estimates, active jobs, and crew calendars to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Job Costing & Profit Tracking: Record actual materials, labor, and subcontractor costs per job; compare to estimates; report variances; suggest improvements.
- Billing & Payments: Send invoices and track payments in and out. Keep JobTread and QuickBooks accurate.
- Client Communication: Send estimates, confirm schedules, follow up, and keep customers informed.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain workflows, checklists, and JobTread updates. Create or improve processes when needed.
